Do the Right Thing!

"It is never the wrong time to do the right thing. Remember, integrity is a choice worth making."
a. Never lie to a customer or teammate.
b. Do not guess. If you do not know an answer find out. If you guess and are wrong … you lied.
c. The customer is not always right. Get help if you need it.
d. Take responsibility for mistakes and poor expectations by saying "I APOLOGIZE". Then FIX IT!
e. Always do your best. Remember, if it is worth doing at all, it is worth doing it right.
f. Always communicate. Keep your customers "in the loop" and never assume a customer understands. It is better to give too much information, than not enough.
g. Only promise what you can deliver … then deliver on that promise. Non-negotiable.
